What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Order are immediately sent to the fulfillment center.  We cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.  All products are custom printed.  Normal fulfillment/shipping time is within 7-14 business days of you placing the order. 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

All purchases are nonrefundable. We do not accept return or exchanges on any products. However, special circumstances will be handle on a case by case bases and we must be notified within 7 business days from receipt of all purchased, eligible products.  In the event, your case is considered for exchange orders must be post marked no more than 7 days upon receipt by you the customer.  Customers are responsible for shipping for all exchanges.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


Can I cancel my order?

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply review your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@6thandoaktravel.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. 


I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
